Information you provide

The parts-request form uses the vehicle, part and contact details you enter to prepare a draft email in your device’s email application. The website does not store or transmit those entries. If you review and send the message, your email provider and ours process the request, and San Diego Auto Wrecking receives the information you included. The same applies when you choose to call or email us directly.

Chatbot

Messages entered into the parts assistant stay temporarily in your current browser tab. The website does not send those messages to San Diego Auto Wrecking, an AI provider or an external database, and they disappear when the page is refreshed or closed.

Necessary storage

The site stores a small privacy-preference record in your browser’s local storage so it can remember whether you allowed optional features. This preference is necessary to honor your choice and is not used for advertising.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics and Google Analytics is activated, Google may process information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device information and how you found the site. Analytics remains off unless you opt in. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled.

Map and external websites

The location section uses a locally rendered map illustration and does not contact Google. Google Maps receives information only after you select the map or a directions link. Social media, eBay and the external inventory catalog likewise receive information only when you choose to open those services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Your choices

Select “Customize” to control optional analytics. Leave analytics off and save to use necessary storage only, or select “Accept all” to enable analytics. You can reopen Privacy settings at any time to withdraw or change consent; withdrawing analytics also attempts to remove Google Analytics cookies set for this site.
